This website does not use cookies. Not strictly necessary ones, not analytics ones, not profiling ones. Nothing is written to your browser's storage, and nothing about your visit is shared with anyone else. That is why you have not been shown a consent banner: there is nothing here to consent to.

What that means in practice

• No analytics. We do not run Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo or anything comparable. We do not count you.
• No advertising or profiling. No ad networks, no retargeting pixels, no social tracking.
• No third-party requests. Every font, image, stylesheet and script on this site is served from this domain. Loading a page here does not tell any other company that you visited.
• No embeds. No Google Maps frame, no video player, no social feed, no chat widget. Those are the usual reason a site like this ends up needing a banner.
• No local or session storage. The one small script on the site handles scroll animation and stores nothing.

Server logs are not cookies

Our hosting provider records a line in its server log each time a page is requested, including the IP address that asked for it. That is a normal part of how the web works and does not involve storing anything on your device, so it falls outside the cookie rules — but it is still personal data, and the privacy policy explains how it is handled.

The contact form

The form sends what you type to us. It does not set a cookie to do so. If we later connect it to a form-handling service, and that service sets a cookie, this page will say so before it goes live.

The legal position

Under art. 122 of Italian legislative decree 196/2003, implementing the ePrivacy Directive, and the Garante's guidelines of 10 June 2021, consent is required before storing or accessing information on a user's device, other than for strictly technical purposes. OW Elements does neither, so the requirement does not arise. You do not need to do anything, and there is nothing for you to withdraw.

If this changes

Should we ever add something that does set cookies, a proper consent banner will appear first, non-essential cookies will be blocked until you accept them, and this page will be rewritten to list exactly what is set, by whom, for what, and for how long. We would rather keep the site as it is.

Blocking cookies anyway

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies from its privacy settings, and doing so will not affect this website in any way — there is nothing here for it to break.
