These terms govern your use of this website. By browsing it you accept them. They are short, because the site does very little: it describes a farm and how to reach it.

Nothing is sold here

This is an informational site. You cannot order, reserve or pay for anything through it. Fruit is sold at the farm gate during harvest, and to trade customers under separate arrangements agreed in advance. Nothing on this website is a binding offer, and describing a cultivar or a harvest window here does not commit us to having it available.

Accuracy

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and current. Even so, opening hours, harvest dates and availability describe a crop, and a crop moves. They are given in good faith as estimates, not guarantees. Please check before making a journey.

The horticultural information on this site describes what works in our glasshouses at our latitude. It is offered as an account of our own practice, not as agronomic advice for anyone else's planting.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, illustrations, layout and code of this site belong to OW Elements or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use, and you may quote from the site with attribution and a link.

You may not republish substantial parts of the text, reuse the photographs or illustrations, or present any of it as your own, without written permission. Ask — we usually say yes.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or the server it runs on, use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, or harvest contact details from these pages for marketing. The email addresses published here are for contacting the farm.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent Italian law permits, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website — in particular for a wasted journey based on dates published here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your rights under the Italian consumer code.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes fall to the courts of the district in which the company has its registered office, except that a consumer may always bring proceedings in the courts for the place where they are resident or domiciled, and may only be sued there.
